Agnieszka Barańska

Agnieszka is the M4RES founder, counsel, experienced and qualified lawyer. She is a qualified lawyer who has specialised in energy law, investment process related to renewable energy sources, as well as corporate law and restructuring. Agnieszka has been advising clients in the energy sector since 2010, gaining experience in law offices in Warsaw and Poznan. She has successfully participated and supervised many due diligence projects in renewable energy sector (PV farms). 

Agnieszka is a successful woman in business having courage, showing engagement and applying her vision to positively impact the world and is always eager to learn and grow with her Clients.
